This variant "slaps two flies with one flap".
By dropping all ammo dependent weapons it's able to carry additional armor and a full complement of jump jets.
This doesn't solve its heat problems but now there is no ammo any more to worry about and a 250 meter jump will give it lots of opportunities to strike and retreat at will, just like a sort of "Super Spider". |

This is a great hunter...for light mechs or vehicles, it works very well in both. It has a lot of speed, which will get it close enough to rip into the backs of mediums and heavies. A good hit and run mech. |

This is now what i call a light mech hunter. All those lasers will generate lots of heat but the pretty lightshow will turn most light mechs to slag.
Against heavier chassis, use this as a back biter, a role that it can fill admirably well with its speed. |

Killl the medium puilse laser, lose the ferro fibrous armour, add a ton of armour and an additional heat sink and i'll give this a *****
otherwise still respectable. Fast and deadly.. just watch your heat |
