Overview:
    RPI-13 Sutherland is a fifth generation Knightmare Frame, developed by Holy Britannian
    Empire 5 years later after the conquest of Japan/Area 11. Surpassing in many ways its
    predecessor, the RPI-11 Glasgow, this machine was designed with priority on anti-KF combat.
    Soon enough Sutherland became mainline mass production Knightmare of Britannia's military
    forces throughout the conflicts of second half of 2010-s a.t.b. years and participated
    during most, if not all, major battles. Even after introduction of more advanced models like
    Gloucester, significant number of Sutherlands were still prefered by many elite pilots of
    the Empire, most likely due to its reliable and effective design.

Capabilities:
    Being one of the first in the 5th generation of Knightmares, the Sutherland features a
    completely redesigned, simplified cockpit system with improved life support functions and
    better user interface controls. As well as general performance upgrades, the Landspinner
    Propulsion System was greatly enhanced, refined for higher speeds, and better stability when
    in combat. Most of the Frame's body was also completely redesigned, such as adding more
    additional armor plates (known specifically as "L307 Reinforced Tungsten metal" plating)
    reshaped in order to better increase the pilot and unit's protection. The head was also
    simplified, incorporating a unique somewhat humanoid appearance with built-in eyes, although
    still retaining the same Factsphere Sensor system as seen on the Glasgow.
    Some of RPI-13 pilots prefered to use their machines for long-range fire support. As a
    result, their choice of main armament was 84 mm Rocket Cannon, powerful enough to seriously
    damage main battle tank or destroy less armored target with single shot. This weapon also
    had transforming stock, allowing to mount "20 pounder" on single arm-lock and use it in
    maneuver combat. However entire size and weight of Rocket cannon denied any other handheld
    weaponry instalment, beacuse top accurate shots required two hand grip. As a result, most
    Sutherlands in fire-support loadout were forced to rely only on their mobility, slash
    harkens and sometimes elbow-mounted stun tonfas for close-range self-defence.
