Lets see: On the plus side it has a real big gun with a huge ammo-bin (To some of you this is maybe a flaw), good speed for a 95 tonner and some heavy armor (even if it´s not maxed). On the minus side it has no backup weapon (Ok, it has a can-opener but no backup weapon :) and it has these two heatsinks that nobody knows what to do with them.
Having only a single large weapon can be discussed controversialy: You have intimidating big weapon but if something happens to it you´ll have nothing! ( but a can-opener :) |

It's the Super UrbanMech! This thing is actually kinda fun, if a bit of a one hit wonder. You need an unsuspecting enemy, and terrain that allows you to slug it out close. Forests are fun, but cities even more so. Sneak up on someone, and simply be all over them like white on rice. Blast the autocannon if even the faintest chance of hitting is there, and use the Banshee's physical attacks to knock them stupid while you do it.
Maybe remove the two extra heatsinks for armor? I would suggest jump jets, but I doubt one jet would be all that helpful. |

The fact that the BNC-3Q has enough AC/20 ammo to try even difficult shots is pretty impressive, but the lack of any backup makes the 'Mech vulnerable and it does nothing to deal with flanking opponents. It doesn't need so many heat sinks, so two MLs or two tons of armor?
The trick with using this 'Mech is in getting it to range unharmed, if you manage to do that then the enemy has a problem. Unfortunately the reality is often different from this and it's the Banshee who often runs into some kind of trouble. |

Oh Dear!! Some designer somewhere must really hate the Banshee. What is going to hapen here is it dies before getting a shot off no back up for the awesome ac20. And even then when it does get into range it will have probably lost its weapon due to battle damage and even if it hasnt 6 tons for it is woeful. Garrison or heavy Mech training only I'm afraid |

This mech has one use. Point on an urban assault. Where it can shower the world with AC 20 ammo and put a hurting on vehicles and units. |
