Plays differently from other WVR configurations. A bit hot, but a great mix of clan-invasion era tech and weapons for plinking away before coming in to finish them off. |

A powerful medium mech with lots of firepower but its handicapped by its high heat buildup.
Choose your weapons carefully.
I would upgrade this upgrade ( :D) by removing the MASC for 3 more DHS´s. |

This is the least armoured 3050 Wolverine (Davion Model has FF armour), but it has the best long range firepower. With double ER LLs I wouldn't rush toward everything (unlike with the previous WVRs), but I would rather let the enemy come to me. The lasers and do some nice damage and the backup guns can easily finish off the wounded foe. It could use one more heat sink, but otherwise I can't see any significant flaw. Just remember that this is no alpha-boat and use the MASC only when it's necessary. Expensive, but it can get the job done. |

An ok mech, I prefer the 7K for the better heat management however. Still, a good chassis and a decent fighter. |

Its a good mech, but it looks like Marik pulled too many heat sinks off the stolen Kurita chassis when making they're mod. They went too far into heat producing weapons and skimped on heat sinks.
Personally, its still a good mech. Just remember not to alpha and to keep the range open to take advantage of your ER Larges.
On another note I'd rather be in a mech with too many heat sinks than too few, which is why the Kurita version gets my vote slightly ahead of this one. |
