This is another really a weird "upgrade".
The switch to DHS should have freed 3 tons but they chosed to convert all 13. Why?
A CASE is a very useful item on this one but decreasing its ammo to 5 shots for that CASE (and a pulse canopener)?
Don´t rip out that small pulse laser. Rip out that 3 useless DHS´s.
Then switch the mediums to pulses and add 5 shots of ammo or add 15 shots. |

One of the worst (if not the worst) things in 3050 TRO. An AC/20 with five shots is barely acceptable for a light aerospace fighter or a hover-tank, but on a 'Mech it's an incredible waste of potential. The SPL may seem to be a good choice of a backup weapon, but remember ho useless it was when the design was created. What were the designers thinking about? The DHS are obviously just another poorly executed upgrade idea, as is the CASE (there isn't much to protect and if the 'Mech goes down, I won't regret that). Make a pact with devil, offer WoB a discount on nukes. Do whatever it takes to get additional ammo... |

Wow. What a truely horrible and unrealistic design. 5 shots for its main weapon? What kind of nut would pilot this? An M1 Abrams tank has 40 rounds for its main gun, and this super futuristic and far more expensive battlemech only has 5! Unbelievable. Fred Sanford could have built a better battlemech out of stuff in his junkyard. |

Drop the small pulse and 3 heat sinks and a medium and throw in an ER large and confuse the heck outta everyone in the world.
As it is... it needs serious refit before its actually useful to your side as more than a shiner 3025 hunchback. |

My personal favorite of the new HBKs, it does suffer from a severe lack of ammo. Drop the SPL for another 5 shots of killer beasties and lets rock and roll! |
