I like the addition of the Jump Jets and Targeting Computer on this design but the Heavy Lasers ruined it. The outrageous heat they generate and +1 modifier are not worth the extra damage. This mech barely has enough heat sinks to keep up with its weapons it cannot alpha-strike. |

Even with 25 DHS this 'mech is going to be a hothead, but the firepower is well worth it. The T-Comp is de rigeur for the heavy lasers, and give the paired PPCs a bit more accuracy.
The armor could be a bit heavier though; two Clan PPC hits on a side torso and this 'mech is taking engine hits. |

You know, I never did like the line of Heavy Lasers. Sure, they do more damage, but for the heat, it hardly seems worth it! I know tonnage wise they are less, but I just never grew to like them.
If it weren't for them, I'd say this mech was a kick-ass design. Targeting computers on assaults with long range weapons are tough to beat. I mean, the thing smacks you down before you even scratch it. |

Well, this thing has 'come and 'av a go if you think your hard enough' painted on its front! It can really give out the punishment (and take it too). Just remember the ERPPC's are for long range then switch to the heavies. Otherwise you might start to melt.... |

Again, no messing around with this mech. Outfitted with an ECM system, most smart weapons wont lock onto it. The twin ER PPCS coupled with the dual Hv large lasers is going to out and out Totally #^(&ing Disintigrate what ever it aims at. And this thing has enough heat sinks to alpha strike at will. A true Crusader mech. |
