Too much MG ammo no matter what. Perhaps the Viper C was meant as an armored supply unit, but as I see it this should have been the prime candidate for new MG arrays. Sure that it's a death incarnate for infantry, but that would be all. I'm not impressed by this configuration. Save this for operations behind enemy lines, but never send it without some kind of protection. |

This 'mech has riot-breaker written all over it. All of that M.G. ammo is just excessive though.
I wouldn't want to try and use this as a scout. I want my medium scouts to be able to kill the lights they run into. |

An infantry hunter supreme. Although dumping two tons of ammo for 8 more machine guns lets this mech be the ultimate infantry morale breaker.
The pair of ER Mediums will let the Viper deal with light opponents but don't expect miracles out of this mech in the open field against other mediums. |

Infantry Hunter par excellance. The ERMLs help with Battle Armor and with any mech fast enough to chase this baby down. It's also great as a scout killer due to the high volume of close ranged firepower it can lay down. I do think the MG Ammo is a bit excessive, but thats an easy repod for a good techie :) |

This mech would be usefull as an advance scout. The probe would let it sniff out shut down units, then use the flamers to flush them out. An Adder Primary or two would be a nice compliment to this mech, able to snipe what ever the Viper C find. |
