Standard speed, heavy armor and 30 (!) heat sinks combined with lethal firepower at almost all ranges: Ouch!
A dangerous behemoth with only two little flaws:
1. Only 8 shots of LRM ammo.
2. Its really, really ugly.
But never mind. Such a mech assaulting a defensiv position is a situation enemies never want to get in. |

Dead. Thats what you will be when you face one of these down. Even in level 2 play this design is very good. Switch to DHS and get some more ammo, perhaps upgrade to ERPPCs... BOOM, even deadlier. I love this mech. |

Bad ass. It looks like a giant thrash can but it takes out the thrash and eats them.
3025 era he is among the most deady, matched only by the Marauder II dominance at range while he tears them up close. It is why these 2 mechs are WD only exclusives. |

This mech is nice and large, but doesnt quite have the ranged abilities that you think an assault would have. Granted the armor will let it stand up to abuse, but the LRMs just arent enough for the mech to make a good accounting of itself. At close ranges, that changes. Starting with the PPCs and moving in, the mech becomes more and more lethal. Ulitimately, the mech has to balance damage against heat. This mech has lots of heat sinks, but it also has lots of weapons that generate a pretty good heat output. Keep a coolant truck or two handy, or stick this mech in a lake. If neither options are feasable, remove the two heat sinks in the center torso and replace them with two heat sinks. |

This one says:
"I'm gonna kill ya, and then I'm gonna eat ya." I'd strip one of the mediums for some more LRM ammo though, just to give it better endurance at long range. Why close with an assault 'mech if you do not have to. |
