Decent mech and one that fits the Suns thinking. Fluff adds to it and the mech doesn't seem to be munchy.

Nothing you have on the mech is level 3 tech, so you may want to adjust your settings. Custom mech doesn't mean level 3 by default.

A nice little brawler but still not sure how the Davions got their hands on a Light Engine though.

There is abit too many DHS as well, the mech does not need so many of them.

Extra tonnage can be use to add another offensive system.

Just like mud already said, this mech is lvl 2. Otherwise I think that it's a well designed and properly fluffed design that can appear (almost) anywhere in the IS, but I think that It's more likely to be a SHD mod rather than a new machine.

Just what is level three about this 'mech anyway?

I like this design a lot though. Its fairly simple, and reminds me a lot of old Federated Sun standbys like the Centurion and the Enforcer. It carries a lot of armor to shield the vulnerable light fusion engine, and mobile enough to get out of tight spots. It is over-heatsinked though; drop the four extra heat sinks and invest in another weapon system or some electronics. I'd mount some SRMs personally; then you'd have a 55-ton crit-seeking beast.
