I don't understand the placing of equipment on this mech. What is having ammo and lasers that seem to be main armament for this configuration (and TC that augments them) in arms and LRMs in torso? But there are other problems here. Look at the other clan omnis, especially Timber Wolf and Mad Dog. The mech is obviously under gunned if compared to many of these designs. Small lasers are useful on lighter chassis, but on 75 t chassis they look like paint-ball gun on tank (and there are no heat sinks to keep up with the heat if the mech uses them with it's "main weapons"). To finish my criticism you overlooked one added armor point, armor point that added 0.5 t of armor. Weak configuration. |

I have to disagree with Blackhand about one point: omnimechs can mount lower arm actuators and even hands. It's mentioned both in the rules and some of the books. My (admittedly old) Mad Cat Prime sheets show lower arm actuators.
I do have to agree with him that this looks more like a Nova than anything else. The ranged firepower is weak, as is the heat dissipation. 6 ER mediums is nice, but the Stormcrow and Gargoyle both manage to add an Ultra AC/20 to it. The Nova adds another 6 ER mediums. This adds . . less. |

First of all its not a Timber Wolf or even a Mad Cat, since it has Lower Arm Actuators.
It has no ranged weapons which for a clanner means dying ignomously so thats not good.
Its in close weapons either overheat if you need to manuver with jets or are perfect if you don't. But still a Nova, could probably smoke this mech in a duel. As it moves the same speed and can close easily despite your same movement profile. As the two LRM 15s scare no one. |

In the right situation this 'mech will be very dangerous, especially if you have a veteran or elite pilot who can fully exploit the capabilities of the targeting computer. |
