A Clanner's take on the Centurion ?
Medieval warrior's name ?

Handful of medium lasers ?

While slow for its era, its still a mean bugger like the old Cent. Clan tech makes it better with LRMs having no mins, lasers with better range and damage, shinier armor and of course an UAC-10 that can really open up holes in the enemy.

A nice worker 'Mech. Good damage at all ranges, with enough ammo to last for a while. And even when the ammo runs out, it can still put up some damage with its lasers. The armor's also nice. The standard engine will help with survivability, although a Clan XL isn't nearly as big a weakness as an IS XL. This is much too slow for its weight. This would deserve a 3.5 or four if it were 5/8. |

To me there isn't anything special about this design which would warrant a better rating. But there also isn't anything that would bring it down either. This is one of those worker mechs. Put it in a lance and let it do its thing. |

Not bad. The clans finally managed to make this thing into somewhat of a threat. This thing can do quite a bit of damage at any range. Watch your ammo supplies, though. This thing is going to go through quite a bit of ammo throughout the battle. |
