Finally the Nexus got some serious armor (common, 4 tons of FF aren't bad for a 25-tonner.) and still has a decent weaponry despite carrying a relatively heavy C3i (10% of the whole mech).
Use your speed and jump-jets to get your C3i close (dropping the small laser for another jump-jet is a nice idea) and fire your medium lasers. Just try not to get cornered. |

This is a pretty good design; it's jump capable, has a good ground speed and carries decent armor and weapons. |

Actually, this is much better than the old one. It has relatively good armor, relatively good speed, and almost satisfactory jump. The ER meds aren't the best armament, but I've seen worse. Drop the ER small for another jet. This will work well to bring the C3i close to the enemy, then die gloriously shortly after. A real Wobbly 'Mech. It still loses points for insufficient armor, jump and, especially, firepower. |

Youre kidding me, right? Some yahoo thought this mech would be good for upgrading? Want to know how to smoke out a sniper? Send this mech out into the open and see if it gets shot. Thats about all its good for. |
