Am I the only one who notices a discrepancy here?
Both are 2.5 ton vehicles that weigh 5 tons??

If you look at the cargo capacity of those trucks you will see it is 2.5 tons, hence the name 2.5 ton truck. Like the GMC duece and a half of WW II fame the name relates to the cargo capacity the Duece and a half actualy weighs 4 tons empty.
