Overview:
An advanced Star League-era scout design made by the Mitsubushi keiretsu for the
Terran Hegemony. While lost outside of ComStar in the Succession Wars, the Helm Memory Core
would allow Mitsubushi - and others - to begin producing the design for the Successor
States.
The downgraded SC-W2-N model was produced shortly after the recovery of the Memory Core for
the Great Houses as a stopgap while its more advanced components were still being
reverse-engineered. Earthwerks' Tikonov run was originally planned for the Capellan
Confederation, but its capture in the Fourth Succession War forced its production to be
pivoted to be for the Federated Suns.
