I'd do conditional.
I notice MMLs already give ranges for SRM and LRM ammo, though maybe I just need to redefine how it's done to be more obvious. |

Unlock the ammo selection in the force manager from the year of the unit's creation. A 3025 unit should be able to carry NARC in 3050.
