Alternate Life-Path Events:
Any Military Related Life Path (Using 2D6:)
(4.) Busted! The MPs catch you and some locals in some illegal activity (Demotion [1], Poverty [1], Bad
Rep [1], Protocol/Nation +3; either Forgery +3, Gambling +3, SI/Moonshining +3, or [as GM discretion] +3)
(5.)Your “Lover-in-every-port” idea backfires. (Seduction +3, Dependent [2/child]; character must either
take Dependent [1/spouse ], or both Bad Rep [1] and Stigma [1/GM choice] )
(8.) Guess who got to play recruiter........ (Extrovert, Good Rep [1], Protocol/Nation +3, Buracracy/Nation
+3, Appraisal +3, Acting +3)
(9.) Looks like you’ve spent some time with the locals. (Good Rep [1], Contact [1], Extrovert, Dependent
[1/spouse], additional award at GM discretion.)
Civilian Career Path (Using 2D6):
(3.) You stumble on a corruption scheme and get implicated when the authorities move in. (Bad Rep [2],
Poverty [1], Poorly Equipped [1], Bureacracy/Nation +3, SI/Criminal Justice +3, must add d6 years and piece of
history to represent jail time.)
(10.) Stumble on to corruption scheme and agree to become police informant. (SI/Criminal Justice +3,
Buracracy/Nation +3, Acting +3, Good Rep [1 with authorities], Bad Rep [1 with crime]; may enter witness
protection program. [Alternate Identity, may choose any Stage 3 or 4 path that is allowed to your nation next])
Note: The “Civilian Career” alternate paths can also be used for the Ne’er-Do-Well Life Path.

Very good work. I'm always on the lookout for new life paths, it saves me a lot of thought when I have to create characters 
But why is this in the "Design submissions" , I'd have never noticed it was here?
I think this belongs into the general discussion thread.

You know when I read the title, I just suddenly had this mental vision of being able to roll up a "Don't Ask, Don't Tell, Don't Harass" type character.
[1] "Oh my god! What have you done!" Your attempt to redecorate the living room goes terribly wrong. Select 2 of the following: Glass Jaw, Combat Paralysis [1], -2 to all combat skills this path.

OK, I just reread the Mechwarrior book. And now I can safly say "OUCH, My head hurts!"
I cannot wait until Rick makes the gen program for Mechwarrior
