Another day, another update. I continue to make some backend changes with each release. Small steps, but all in the name of performance and scalability. Details of what's included are as follows:
Changes- Modified how data related to manufacturers, factories, and location-specific structure information (i.e., when you have Hybrid structure selected) is stored in the database for more efficient storage and retrieval.
- Heat efficiency calculations (Short/Medium as well as Long) are now fully broken out on the Alpha Strike tab. This makes the exact math done more visible to easily identify all sources of dissipation and output.
- Added a method to "Cancel" the processing dialog. There could be times when the dialog hangs when saving a design or performing another action. While this usually means something went wrong, the Cancel button now offers a way to close the dialog without having to refresh the browser window.
- Vehicular DropChutes (Standard, Camouflage, and Stealth) have been implemented and are available for use on all unit types. This includes the zer-crit, zero-weight version as well as the Reusable one, which requires crits and weight in the unit.
- Update descriptions, game rules, and stats for all Heat Sink types as well as all Enhanced LRT weapons (including OS and I-OS).
NOTE: Any forces or units impacted by the above fixes and/or changes have had their stats recalculated to ensure accuracy. |
